Hi, I'm Kellie, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and EMDR therapist. I specialize in helping women who've experienced deep emotional pain, whether from childhood trauma, narcissistic relationships, or the chronic stress that impacts both body and mind.
My approach is compassionate, grounded, and energy-aware, focused on helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal, inside and out.

In EMDR therapy for trauma, I work through the heart first. What do you feel? What do you want to feel? The memories follow, and what you've been holding can finally move through you and out of your body. It's all interconnected. It's just not only EMDR.
